These multiple redirects are usually a monetization stack, each hop could be an affiliate link, a CPM-based page, or an interstitial used to bypass platform filters. The goal is to squeeze as much profit as possible from a single click. If you’re planning to automate Twitter accounts for this, using real mobile proxies helps massively with account trust and reduces the risk of bans when operating at scale.

Churn and burn is your greatest option if you're going all black hat. Create many domains, hide your sites, and use spammy PBNs and expired Web 2.0s to bombard them with tiers of links. Employ aggressive on-page strategies that make use of auto-generated content and precise match anchors. Just be prepared to switch things up—rankings won't stay long, but if you time it well, leads might come in quickly.

Yeah, those redirect chains are usually affiliate or ad network links—each redirect can trigger a payout (CPM, CPC, or CPA). They're making money from ad impressions, clicks, or actions (like sign-ups). Tip: use a cloaked link shortener or smartlink service, but be careful—Twitter cracks down hard on spammy or deceptive practices.

Yeah, it’s mostly cloaked smartlinks doing redirects—usually for CPA or PPS offers. Each hop is either tracking, filtering geo/device, or monetizing with pop/redirect networks. It’s messy but effective if traffic volume is high. Just watch out for account bans.

This seems like a much bigger project than i thought. Does anyone have a recommendation on where to start?

Yeah, I’ve noticed that too some of those redirects seem like multi-layered ad hops, probably CPA-based. Would be interesting to know which networks they’re using and how they’re staying under Twitter’s radar.
