Twitter plugins better than Tweet&follow?

So the guy from rank builder gave away a twitter plugin called tweet&follow

Shit is bomb digity. My page impressions have doubled since than. Makes me wish I had installed and used the rank builder software when I got it as a beta tester.. had too much other shit going at the time.

So now I am thinking if this one is free are there others that might be better?

I think tweet&follow is a bit buggy also. One of the accounts I have it attached to is tweeting shit with just bit.ly so all the links just point to the bit.ly page..I can't bitch though.. it was free.
