Twitter phone verification problem

I have a weird thing going on when I try to verify a new twitter account. I asked the text to my phone and they said they sent a text. But instead of recieving an sms, I got a notification about a received call. My phone never rings and i never get a text. Then I tried with a verification service, and it didn't work there either, not even with the voice feauture. Are they calling then for verificaton, and what am I missing?

If you use vpn, try to turn it off

I don't, everything is normally used.

Don't worry it will go back to normal in few hours or days. We have same issue before as well before and the longest time it went back to normal was 5 days. We are doing verification to twitter in hundreds of accounts daily so we know this issue happens sometimes.

Thanks! I tried it from a different computer and IP, now it's good.
