I started a new Parody Twitter account.

I love the idea. This certainly has the potential of going viral. What you need is a quick blast of fake followers and a few thousand real followers. Fake followers you can buy here, as for the real followers you have to do it manually.

I have 150k Fake followers on the account. Just dont know what you mean by manually doing it for real followers.

reach 300k followers? just be funny, like the facebook fan pages
an idea? search some funny twt account in foreign languages and use some of their jokes

Parody accounts aren't really popular anymore, you need to find a better niche than Drake lol.

People gets over 300k from promoting, doing 5/1 10/2 3/1 (promo and shoutout) etc they either pay for it or do it with someone with about the same amount of power.
