must be able to do this .

favorites , retweets, by id and follow by username .

no proxies want to be used .

let me know how much you'll do this for .

and i want to know how to add new users to the database .

i don't think that there exist anyone that would give out a panel with their personal accounts.
But I have seen a retweet service here on BST section check it out.
