For me, it's instagram. Twitter is just for "informing" people about the brand, that's why I use funny tweets at twitter but more "serious" posts and stories at instagram.

Instagram has just announced that it now has 300 million users,
which is more than Twitter's 284 million users. It's no secret that
both Instagram and Twitter have a lot of potential to help you promote
your business online.

It depends on your goal, both are good for marketing, Twitter is great for teaching people via written contents and Instagram via visual content.

As everyone mentioned here, Instagram is the best option but try to experiment yourself. I would be really interested if you had an experiment whether Instagram or Twitter is better
