im using tweetattacks for 3 days without any problem, im following like 500 people and i have around 100 followers, im also a proxy provider and i have like 15 customers who are using tweetattacks with my proxies and none complain about any ban or such things(im guessing first thing you are wondering if its because of the proxy)

Never done that before too.
I'm using Tweet Adder and no problems here.
For new accounts I only start by following 50 per day.
I also leave it a full 7 days before I unfollow them.
It's my belief that Twitter automatically detect if you unfollow more than X users within Y time and if you go over the limit, they'll suspend your account.
So start by following a max of 50 per day and leave it a week before you unfollow. As your account grows you can then go to 100-200+ per day, but I'd always leave it at 7 days before you unfollow them... certainly nothing under 3 days.
For new accounts I only start by following 50 per day.

I've been using TA for over a year now, I have it on 6 pc's, so I've bought it 6 times.
For a while @reply messaging on a keyword was the way forward but that easy to spot, so is DMing.
These tactics are now nearly impossible to do with any software on a decent size.
The best results I've had is to get fresh accounts and leave them for a bit then get them to follow no more than 69 followers at a time, and with a short delay.
I use private proxies, 100, but I never set TA to any more than 10 threads at a time.
Then I post the offers to the network mixed up with scraped tweets, I get a few suspensions but thats to be expected.
Also in the TA Account Manage section merge all the Followed lists and have one folder, this stops the same person getting followed by loads of spammy account which they then click "report" and as they do that on a few it's very easy for twitter to spot a pattern, such as they all have the url's in tweets, same range of ip's, shit user names, unverified by email, no location, the same location, they all post for x amount of time then stop, they always post fast.
Think about the patterns you are leaving behind, if you can see a spammy account and work out the others then twitter can do that with a few database enquiries, they can then just right a rule to then highlight the pattern.

You do if you unfollow people too quickly or follow too aggressively and too early.
I don't think there's a problem with sending a thank you DM message when someone follows you. I don't think that's been a problem with any of my accounts.

Is the idea here to have thousands of followers and hope they buy something out of a link or drive them to a blog/post with a link to buy stuff? I'd be curious to know the conversion rates. I have thousands of followers and since they're not ONLINe at the same time I tweet, only a fraction of them might actually see the tweet then out of that a smaller fraction might bother to click on the link and then, with luck, the few that actually bother to visit the link or post bother to buy anything.
I too had an account with 1000+ followers suspended the other day.
It seems Twitter finally caught up with Tweetattacks.
Twitter converted decently enough for me, judging by the work involved, which wasn't much. I think as long as your account doesn't seem like something specifically made to be a sales pitch, it converts fine.
this is really a shame as I was even thinking of getting the Pro version of the software

About footprints - on technical side there is not any footprint or trace from software, I am checking packets with Wireshark (between other things) but other kind of recognition and traces are very possible. DEFAULT RESOURCES in TAAC and other software's for creating accounts are problem, I think. Very few people are thinking about that, blindly using something that XXX users using every day on the same way.
Please post results after next changes:
-Make folder "Twitter Photos" and put it on the desktop, go to Facebook and take bunch of profile pictures from random unknown accounts, just drag them from the browser to the folder. Don't worry for their small size, twitter is resizing them anyway. I am taking photos with two or more persons on the picture, preferably male/female together so regardless the name used for account I have appropriate photo. Also don't try to drag only nice photos with beautiful long hair ladies; take normal, real life photos.
-Other photos that coming by default in TweetAttacks remove or at least rename and resize, possibly recognition footprint is there.
-Other possible recognition factor are names! Most of users just leave default names and surnames that comes with TweetAttacks. Guess what - Names in TAAC are overused, and for sure some kind of word-trigger filter exist, so go to Google, look for sites with baby names, genealogy sites, Wikipedia etc and collect lists of male/female names/surnames and put them instead of default set of names; I am sure that bitching about suspended accounts even before any usage will be drastically reduced. Scrapebox users can use name generator and copy lists to TAAC, or even better - to mix names from internet sources and Scrapebox generator. There are options for prefix and suffix, so make random 2,3 letter-sign-special sign combinations and use them. Anything, any change that is not made by default TA resources is a change to good.
-Locations - go to Wikipedia and copy/paste/edit lists of cities and use them. Try to match proxies and languages, for example its not normal to use proxies from USA servers, for location to put some city from France and to tweet on Italian. Simply not normal, anybody who actually visit profile will see what is going on and probably report profile.
-Biographies - something that match general profile theme and future tweeting. Its stupid to made bio out of some random quotes like "Shoot for the moon because even if you miss, you'll land among the stars" and later to spam them with ringtone offers, Amazon products or tech gadgets/tablets/ipads or whatever. If your niche is tech stuff, make your bio to be like "Tech news and updates coming directly from gadget lover and computer geek who loves to travel." Make full background and story like a real user, look through other user's eyes and try to catch all details that are triggering spam bells. Many of fake profiles going down not because twitter is all of the sudden smarter somehow, but because real people and visitors are getting tired of spammers and with a lot of joy clicking that "report spam" button in the corner. If you make profile that doesn't offend somebody's brain with totally misleading profile data, its a less probably that somebody will report you.

I've been having a lot of accounts being suspended the past couple of days also. I use TweetAttacks and my own private proxies spread across 100 various VPS servers.
I've been using the same method for months and have never had a single account suspended. Today and yesterday my accounts suddenly started getting axed. Each of my accounts are built up VERY slowly and carefully, and manually adding unique photos, names, bios and layouts (quality over quantity).
After setting up a new account, I post tweets for a week before following anyone. I then begin following 25-49 people once per week (TweetAttacks suggests 30-70/day on the 2nd or 3rd day). I only use one IP per day & each account is always attached to the same IP. The accounts are now suddenly being suspended even being this careful.

this is most likely your problem
you are saying that each account has the same IP or each account has its own IP?
I only use one IP with each account. In other words, account #1 would always use IP#1, account #2 would use IP#2, etc. I meant that each IP is only used once per day...so I don't have multiple accounts logging in under the same IP every day.

My accounts that are being suspended are all random proxies, so I agree it's not a proxy issue. My accounts are only suspended when I run them on TweetAttacks. Manually following accounts in Twitter has no effect, and my accounts that are just auto-tweeting from SocialOomph aren't affected. But the second I take those and run them in TA, they start getting shut down. Almost 50% of the accounts I ran on TA today became suspended.
