Twitter Not Confirming Account

Anyone else having problems with Twitter confirming accounts? I create the accounts it sends a confirmation email to me, I click it on and it goes to twitter and does nothing and just shows the login page. I tried to login but it won't let me until I confirm it and I can't send another confirmation email. I tried doing the forgot password and it won't send me anything, I'm pretty confused about what's going on. Anyone else have this or a work around?
