Twitter Noob Questions- Please Help Me Out

Ok so I download TweetAdder Free Trial. First thing I did was to follow those following a celebrity. Now, how do I make them follow me? Will they choose to follow me once a notification pops up saying that I am following them(Is there even an option?)? Also do my Tweets reach out to those I am following or only those that follow me?

Im new to Twitter so any answers to these basic questions are greatly appreciated. Thanks

You can't make anyone follow you. You receive an email notification of new followers but most people with big accounts turn that off so there's a good chance they don't know you are following them.your tweets will only be read by your followers unless someone retweets you. Best thing to do is get some followers up for a week or two so you look like you are someone worth following. You can manually follow a few hundred followers a day. If you do it manually you will see people who promise to follow back, once you have lots of followers you can delete most of these..they won't be told that you unfollowed them.

like said above, you can't force people to follow you, you follow a follow/unfollow routine to get your numbers up
Try and remember these basic rules: Follow about 100 new people every day (wouldn't go hugely over this figure), when you get to 2000, you can only follow as many as you are being followed by, therefore it becomes even more important to regularly unfollow people who aren't following you. You might also want to check out tweet karma as a way to unfollow people who never sign on anymore.

If you just need to increase the number, follow some twitters that has in their description follow me and I will follow you, most likely they will follow you and if they don't you can unfollow later to clean your account
