Hello. I would like to start building up a twitter account, though I can't think of any good niches to start from. Any suggestions?

Just find twitter directories websites. In there you will find many ideas of what kind of niches. You can also get some good lists there to steal their followers.

I meant scrape their followers. Doing some filters if you want more specifics followers, like geo location etc. Don't forget to filter their last tweeted. Last, follow your scrape result. Filter the following/followers ratio if you want higher following back ratio.
