i don't see anything unusual, the username linked by OP is visible

Looks like you are talking about the name being used. It looks like they are using Alt + 0160 command which creates a character but the character isn't actually visible.

Yeah I see what you mean. A Twitter name is usually listed something Like Maryfairy@shoulders or even shoulders@shoulders. Interesting
