Basic question: I have a twitter targeted name (less then a month old). I have added 10K targeted 2 asian fetishs. My question is .. what is this worth to someone if I sold this and took orders for them? It would take me about 10-15 days to get 10K or whatever target I want. I also would keep adding friends for you on a daily basis so it someone unfollows you, you will still be getting new friends daily.

I'm a bit confused -- you want to:
    1. Sell the Twitter account
    2. Have the person who sold you the account send traffic to a site you own
    3. Fulfill the orders generated by the Twitter account?

If the above is the scenario you propose then I would say that the account is worth very little. Why? In essence I would be paying you to work for you -- makes little to no sense from the buyers perspective.

If you just want to sell the account and let the buyer do as they want then the account *may* have some value.

Though there is not a strict valuation model on Twitter accounts thses factors shoudl be considered:
    1. Age of the account
    2. How many updates you have posted
    3. Your RT quotient
    4. Your conversation quotient
    5. The demographic of your account (e.g. proportion of spammers)
    6. etc.

All said the valuation is not straight forward. You'll have to create a compelling reason for your price point after letting potential buyers value your asset.

The current one that is 10K would be looking just to sell it and let the buyer do whatever they wanted with it.

The 2nd point you made .. I would provide a service of making the twitter accts with at least 10K followers and updating it on a daily basis for you (or until you decide to tell me not to add any other followers)

The ones that I have made so far have been only less then a month old, no updates. Basically a fresh twitter account with no posts or spamming, but with 10K followers. Would it be worth more if I had conversations going or updates?

yes, that is exactly what calabama is saying above. Without some mileage on the conversation/update part of the account... it might get shut down easily. Imagine you account like a garden... don't try to harvest too soon. best!

I guess I thought a fresh twitter acct would be better then getting one with already being spammed to death. Fresh unfollowers I would think would click more then already "used" account.

It could go either way -- depends upon the type of messages you have posted.

If you have spammed it to death than the value is less -- if you have posted some real non-spam posts and created an identity than the account is worth more.

A fresh account with no messages posted-- safe route and will land you in the middle of pricing.

Anyone want to throw out some prices for fresh(no post/spam) 10K targeted niche? I really don't know what it would be worth so those that are looking throw some prices out and we can go from there.

Could you create an account that is niche oriented like marketing tools or advertising tools, something like this would interest me but would require some other setup for it to be worth paying for. PM me I would be interested in chatting with you further on what you can offer and what you will charge.

You *could* run an auction on it and see what happens.

That said how do you valuate the account? What is it worth based upon the account factors?

It is almost impossible to give an objective perspective of the account dimensions.

Here are some tools to measure the account -- and *none* them can give you all the information needed -- but better than nothing:
    Code:
    http://twitter.grader.com/
    http://twitterscore.net/
    http://twittercounter.com/

    Hope this helps.

Well I'm planning on bring this into another of my service threads I think. I've had enough people interested in it. I probably can bring JV into it also. Takes me a few 10 days to 10K followers I think (1,000 a day friends is max) I just need to do some kind of pricing structure. How do this on bhw? ---> You *could* run an auction on it and see what happens -- in the BST section?

I can't edit the post above. I just checked these sites. My main twitter account I use is at 9.0 out of 10.00 for a score and at 30 days is estimated to be at 35,600 followers. I guess that isn't bad?

basic answer: it's worth as much as people are willing to pay. i personally wouldn't pay much for such an account when there are so many tools [freely available mind you] that make it easy to do yourself. but others don't want to waste the time [though really, you can automate it so no HUGE loss of time...but lazy will be lazy...] or whatever may pay more....
