What the best way to monetize to my followers? My one account has 36k followers and the other has 22k followers! Whats the best way for me to make money from these accounts?

Yes sell shout outs or if you have a lot of real followers you can also try mylikes, chacha etc.

I think the best way is depending on your niche to really sell something. If you have in your case 36K really dedicated followers on your fashion instagram.
- Post a link to a web clothing store where they can buy the clothes you post.
- Build a site yourself or look for a website that gives you a affiliate commission for this.
Fashion is just an example I don't know your niche but this works for a lot if your followers are dedicated and you are some kind of guru or have authority you can get a lot from this. Gather there mails also when you build a site or blog so you can sell them more products in the future.

Selling shoutouts, this is the most easy and quick way to monetize.
But you need to make sure your followers are real, else the customer that buys the shoutout doesn't really get anything worthy for his/her money.
You can also just sell the account itself, lots and lots of people that wanna buy
Twitter accounts. Maybe on eBay?
Though, I'd recommend doing shoutouts and campaings with businesses that are in the same
niche as you are.

Driving traffic to adsense gallery sites works for me. Keep at it and scale it up! 
Interesting... What's their minimum payment? How often they pay? Did you get paid alre day?

Be very careful with this company, they have been known to not pay out. Something you will never have to worry about with the company in my sig...
