I'll be brief here. I use mass planner and social media automation quite a bit. It's not just a nice way to lower daily advertising costs.. it's a very powerful method of driving targeted traffic that is very active and ready to engage. I wanted to open a thread for a small tweak I'll be making and then report my findings after a few days.
So I still use Twitter because it's so lax, and it works well for my niche. Yes legitimate accounts a fewer and farther between than Instagram, but like I said my niche likes to hangout there, and I can get away with a lot.
Basically I grow my main accounts by using mock accounts to drive traffic to them. I set my mock accounts to mention a long list of accounts I've extracted in mass planner. I use the mention feature because it's direct, and the rules are VERY loose. I can mention 20-40 accounts every 10 minutes no problem. I do this with about 200 accounts at a time on a single server. It takes a bit of time because you're basically building a pipeline, but it eventually picks up steam.
This isn't anything new to you guys, and I'm sure my tweak isn't either, but basically what I'm going to do is start targeting who my competitors are following instead of who is following them. Also, I'm going to start targeting competitors who are following under 5K. Between these two things, I believe I can have a much higher conversion rate if you will, and drive more traffic. I bet I could more than double my traffic, and have it be of higher quality.
