Twitter Mass Flagger. What do you think?

Going to have a bot coded that will flag a users tweet or account with mass accounts and proxies. Do you think if a twitter user gets X amount of flags in X amount of time that it can be successful? I know that the first time they are simply suspended for a day, but if you do it again the account can be perm banned. This would never be used unethically only for marketing purposes against unwanted spammers on our real accounts.

Why don't you just block the spammers

No need to go to the expense of making a bot for that purpose
 
Why do you want this bot to be coded anyways OP? Just curious. Seems eh to me, everyone on twitter is just minding their own business building their accounts up

I have some things on twitter I'm doing that's going viral outside of blackhat. I need defense only in extreme case scenarios.

It should shouldn't it? How do peoples accounts get banned in the first place? Either by violating Twitter TOS or being reported as a fake account or copyright too many times.

I have a dude that's sending me a few messages everyday with something like thanks for the follow check this bullshit.... i always report his ass as spam and nothing happens, keeps hitting me with the same message several times a day, every day :) not sure if it will work on not, maybe if you do this from multiple accounts.
 
It might work. But all that would probably happen is a warning/1 day ban (like you already said). But I don't think Twitter would suspend an account any longer then 1 day in less the tweet/account was really breaking the ToS.

Some days I am so tired of spamming, that I simply ignore everything
I also belive there is no need for that bot

Yea from like 500-1k accounts with private proxies in under 5 minutes I'm talking about.

Yea first time would be a warning then you'd run it again for a perm ban if they were malicious and evil to you on twitter. And yea most of those people are breaking the TOS anyway.
 
Like I said it won't work... It won't work, because if it did people would abuse it to get people with tons of followers suspended all of the time... The person has to either send you a message AND follow you for your "report as spam" message to go through.

Just using random accounts to report someone who has never sent them a message in the first place doesn't register. Think about it.

But if you want to waste your time, go right ahead.

Ooo Really, and how do you figure that? Mass flagging accounts that people have put there hard work and effort into for months or even years, would not be unethical for you? There accounts could be the only source of income for there family, and you could be putting them out on the street for all you know. I think you may need to reconsider what the word unethical means.
 
okey so lets say miley cyrus uploads a vid of her twerking on twitter, she would get thousands if not hundreds of thousands reports and so on.

would she get banned? nope.

Lol you guys got it mixed up. The idea was only for people who have followed me, and are constantly messaging hateful comments and and harassing me publicly on twitter and posting private photos over and over of my personal life. Obviously not flagging us here.

I'm an extreme blackhat enthusiast and I give everyone here techniques on how to market effectively and build accounts on twitter + all social media out of good heart and spirit. I believe that we are the future of all marketing and I constantly push to innovate and stretch what is possible. Everyone that I teach and everyone I help make money from social media is what keeps me happy each day. I just wanted to protect my family from harassment when twitter refuses to. Hope no one took this the wrong way.

Your original post did LOOK dodgy.
As for harassment, just report them using the usual methods.
Arseholes that like to do that, will usually just create another account immediately anyway.
If that really was your motive, then it is probably not worth wasting time and money on.
 
why don't you just report the account to the admin, and modify the settings that only few are allowed to tweet you.
