Twitter marks my posts as sensitive content

Some days ago I saw a post that said you should mark you account as sensitive if you post nude and porn activity otherwise twitter bans your account, and I did it by going to privacy and safety and I checked "Mark media that may containing material that may be sensitive" but then I saw many twitter accounts that posts nude and porn videos without marking the content as sensitive so I decided to uncheck that option in my account.
Now everything I tweet is marked as sensitive and I don't know how to stop this. Did this happened to anyone, is there anyway to fix it?

Currently, the company permits content that contains violence or nudity, but it draws the line at “pornography or excessive violence in live video, or in your profile image or header image,” according to its page on sensitive media.
But sensitive content is not limited to “violence or nudity,”.

Basically it's automatic thing, it goes under pornography and it should be NSFW.

I didn't post any pornographic content, just some nude girl pics.

That is pornographic/adult/nudity.

I do understand your point, but, look at it from someone else perspective, example:

You have a 8 years old daughter and she wants you to check something for her.
Both of you go to your Twitter and while you scrolling, you see things that are not appropriate for 8 years old.

Anyway, as I was also posting on Twitter back in days (adult) I know what you are talking about.
I don't know exactly how Twitter choose what is going to get hide or not.

My problem is that this sensitive thing started to my account when I changed settings, so I asked if anyone here encountered this problem, if it's any bug or anything, cause I see many acc on twitter who post porn videos from brazzers daily without any sensitive content marked.

I understand you and I gave you the answer.

"sensitive content is not limited to “violence or nudity.

Which basically means Twitter can flag your account anytime which they did.

Read this, it might help understanding better.

If your account has been hit by the filter, it’s easy to disable it, as mentioned above. Simply go to your account settings, then to your Privacy and Safety settings, and scroll down to the very bottom where the “mark media I post as sensitive” box is checked. Uncheck that box, and the warning will be removed from your account. Keep in mind, however, that if you continue to post sensitive content, stronger action can be taken against you. It’s highly recommended that you figure out what content you posted that was flagged as sensitive.

Okay I see, maybe it's a bug cause since I checked the "Mark media that may containing material that may be sensitive" the new posts I add now are marked as sensitive and I have to click to see them but in the case of other accounts posts on my feed I don't have to click to see them.
