Twitter lock crazy

Ok so for some reason Twitter the last couple of days is going crazy with locking my accounts.

I used to get away with following a couple 100 followers a day and maybe get locked ONCE a week... NOW I can't even follow more than 40 without getting locked out. Don't get me wrong I much prefer to be locked out then to be suspended.

Has anyone else noticed this lately?

i follow 1000 a day and it locks but i unlock them , i just don't know if they permanently suspend now a days

Yeah it won't let me follow more than 50 without locking me. Might just wait a couple of days and try again.

What's your delay on following? I have been following 800 a day with no locks whatsoever.

There have been several such reports in the past few days. I guess they're cracking down on black hat accounts. I haven't seen anything yet though.

Are you using the same static IP to make many accounts and doing massive follow unfollows? Twitter tolerates about 10 accounts per activity with normal activity.

On some accounts I get locked everyday. Follow Liker now has a feature that automatically unlocks your accounts so no problem there.

I have 1 IP over 14 accounts with about 300k+ following.

I have been following 600-800 per day for the past year and would get locked out maybe once or twice a week (no biggy).

Now I can't follow more than 10 without a straight lock.

I am going away on holidays for a wekk today so hopefully it will sort itself out soon.

I follow about 180 with a 5 min delay.

I have also been having this happen to me,was wondering what the hell was going on maybe its twitter cracking down on the black hat accounts.

I have 2 accounts and have been using Justunfollow to follow 999 people since the past few days but I've not been locked out yet. I followed another 1k on each account today within 15 mins without any problem. My accounts are over 3 yrs old though
