Twitter limited?

Today i've got the message: "You are unable to follow more people at this time. Learn more here"

I've followed more than 1k people today. Tomorrow I will can follow more people? And the 2k limit, if I follow just few people, like 900, I will can follow how many I want?

Is this temporary?

it is, but the search box is pretty constant on the left or the advanced search on the menu bar...

Search for this first on the Twitter site to understand how the limits work then on G00gle for RECENT info about it. You'll come up with a lot juicy tips.

Just for the record, yes it's temporary since there's a certain ratio of followers/following that twitter automatically sets for each account. To grow you're audience you are probably doing something called churning (add ppl -> wait if they follow back -> delete who didn't). Delete a few ppl that didn't follow back and you'll be able to add again.

Don't unfollow 1,000 ppl a day though, because there are restrictions in place to prevent this aggressive churning. In moderation and you'll be fine. Also search the forum there are more effective ways to get followers HTH

I follow 800 and then wait 24hrs and unfollow people that don't follow back up to 900 sirgold is right there are better methods here in the forum that help get more followers with out putting you account (s) at risk.
