There was a thread that someone was asking how to get all likers of a specific tweet. I wrote a tool here for whoever is interested.
It's 75 requests per 15 minutes and each request gets ~100 users, so you can get about 30,000 Usernames and IDs per hour.
If it gets more popular I'll update it with some more features and other tools.
If anything is broken let me know and i'll fix it.
