I see some new method where onlyfans model accounts a spamming post and liking random post, could someone tell me how are they doing it? It seems like its using a type of Ai because its replying to post like humans

No, there are using tools like make.com, you can search certain post by a phrase and either like, follow or even message the user

There are bots for that, I suppose. Check around the Marketplace section for it. Read up on posts there for the details. That said, you can also have specific tools coded here for your purposes, you can post on the Hire a Freelancer section here for that.
