Confirm Twitter is down in Bangkok, Thailand. We thought it was the Thai IT guys hooking up a new U.S. Gateway to Asia who f^ed it up but I guess my fear is confirmed...

A DOS attack happens when someone maliciously floods their bandwidth with more incoming requests than the server can handle. I have a funny feeling the same people are attacking facebook too, it's been flaky all morning.
