Hello, i have a question : i have 1 000 accounts twitter. i saw on BHW forum that the limit it's 5 accounts per private proxy. So i need 200 private proxies to use my accounts ?? Or i can use public proxies ? Thanks and sorry for my bad english

You need private proxies, 3-5 accs per proxy.
When you try use public proxies you will be banned easily because they are used earlier by people to create spam accs and other things or they simply blocked by Twitter, for churn and burn you can try it but for long term you need private proxies. Go to marketplace and find your provider, I'm personaly use instantproxies (1$/proxy/month).

Why not use TOR browser, any problems with that?

Use Hide Me proxies for getting a lot of IPs and locations easily and for efficient working.
I hope you'll get positive results from it. Buyproxies is another option for you.

Use only private/dedicated proxies!

As for how many account per proxies, its up to you but don't do more then 5 acc per proxy. It all depends what are you planning to with them, the less you plan to spam the more acc you can run on one proxy.
