Twitter in Domain name... is it a No No?

I am wondering if twitter will come after you if you have twitter in a domain name?

I am guessing that there is no trademark on tweet or any other variations of things related to twitter....

Just curious about this as I have an idea for a website....

If it is not registered they can do nothing. In online business, do not guess, be sure. You can check trademarks at:

Also, ask to your domain registrar, they always help about such stuff. You can also go a step further and ask Twitter but they might not give the unbiased answer.

No you'll just get C&D letter eventually, and I mean eventually (I got one after a year).
