Twitter Idea?

This is a simple one, and maybe already done, but here goes.

I was reading about twitter, faceb, paypertweets programs and so on.

I think we should start a Union. We could gatter around a few hundreds members, plus our nK twitter accounts and start our publicity business.
We would share the profit and promote only in bulk. Are there any platform like this?
