Twitter ID Scrapper !

I need to scrape user ID's of a specific users fan base. This is due to the fact my tweet following software is experiencing some problems and
it seems the only way it is allowing my accounts to follow is via a url txt file of all targeted users.

I am unsure how to scrape the user names and i would really appeciate some help !
