... but the problem is that I think that Twitter bans accounts if they are created from the same IP adress. Someone to confirm that ?
Moreover how many tweets (mostly replies) can I send without getting banned ? And again, does it depend if I'm posting from the same IP adress ?
HideMyAss VPN could be a solution ?

Just my 2 cents: 40 accounts created and logged in from the same ip.

Twitter doesn't ban for creating multiple accounts from same, it'll ban you if you add to many followers from same IP in a short period of time

I agree to this. Although, twitter allows 10 accounts to be created per day from one IP, its hard to create that quantity from same IP without getting suspended the next day.

And I also, logging in more than 4 accounts at the same time from same IP will have problems in twitter, it looks like it is blocking some login requests when you are attempting to login more than 4 accounts at the same time.
