Twitter Help?

Hi,

I am looking for something that will create tons of twitter accounts or let me add tons to it and then easily follow an account with all the created accounts. Or something that will easily let me add followers to accounts, or both. As I have clients I get twitter followers for, real followers, but it is ever so tedious even using things like Manageflitter, trying to find a way to a streamline it a bit more.

I looked around here but not sure which will really do any of the above or if they work.

there are twitter bots in freebies section! there's one that creates lots of new accounts in seconds... but you just simply could buy such service on divert or here..(cheaper than the paid bots)
