I'm having an issue. I checked twitters terms, faq, etc but they don't mention anything about this (unless I missed it).

For some reason, my followers are not increasing. I hit 2000 and now it just doesn't seem like its updating. However, I'm getting emails that I'm getting followers.

There is no limit to the number of followers you can have so I'm completely confused right now.

Any help is appreciated.

Sometimes the actual updates are just slow.

Well, twitter does not limit the number of followers... But they do check accounts which are getting followers aggressively to make sure things are fine.

yes guy i too have many more followers. I don't think so there is such a restriction.

IT's a delay, happens to everyone when they hit that amount, it will catch up, don't panic.

mine froze for like 2 days then caught back up to itself
