Recently, Techcrunch gave a news that users are giving 1 star to Twitter after it is being rebranded to X.com. Will it be harmful for Twitter?

Seriously though. People hate changes, once they get used to it, it will go back to normal.

Propably only thing outside of money that companies care about is store reviews because it directly translates to listing
 
People don't install the twitter app because it ranked up in in the stores, I believe the impact will be minor.
 
I believe that Musk isn't giving a shit about it...he has been taking unpopular decisions and it doesn't seems that he cares for people's opinion

But they will spend a lot to correct this image. A reputed company wants their reviews to be good on all platforms.

In future this trend will lead to deterioration. But the fact is that we do not know what new nuances will appear on the site and what it will lead to in the end.

They still have a score higher than Facebook, and even Reddit. 4.1 is not bad at all...
 
I don't think so, they release frequent updates and app rate will need to be around 2.1 or 2.5 in order to get in problems besides that if there are fake reviews or spam people behing the playstore remove them.

Seems like a risky move by Twitter. Changing a well-known brand can be tricky. If users ain't feelin' the new name, it might impact their perception of the platform. Time will tell if this rebranding pays off or backfires.
