Twitter HALF notification shadowban

Hello, I'm looking for people who doing twitter, and after huge mass ban 6-8months ago fresh accounts drop 80% with visibility.

Today I noticed some of my accounts get notifications, but some of my friend real one and one of my big account not get this notification.

But its hard to detect how many really get notification...

And dunno how to get rid of it.. maybe someone discovered this bug... or new Elon shit heh
