I don't think anybody has a problem if somebody does it occasionally, but if every time somebody makes a post or thread, and is linking back to their site then it starts to raise eyebrows.

Nice tips and it should work, though the #SEO hashtag should be changed depending on niche, it's not good for everybody...also I'm wondering if many people will start doing this and using that hashtag for this purpose alone(to get followers) won't they all just end up following each other?

This is just you trying to gain commission on a piece of twitter software anyone with half a brain and a general grasp of twitter could come up with this method.

You've basically made a long drawn load of crap just to sell a piece of software, if anyone was to buy a twitter bot they would all be using this method anyway. Because guess what, most twitter bot makers have a nice set of "how to" videos and guides.

What is the signifigance of favoriting a tweet?

I'm running 4 accounts that publish news stories via rss, some retweets and some of my own tweets that link to my websites. My largest account has 20k, 2nd has 9k 3rd has like 7k (SEO niche). The first 2 are Medical Marijuana related.

I publish my stories from RSS feeds from google news and a couple other rss feeds for news. For the SEO one I use the rss feeds of the popular seo news sites like seoroundtable stuff like that. I've made my own URL shortener so I can later intercept the traffic and possubly frame the clicks and serve ads on them. Was very shocked to see that twitter checks each link like 10-15 times. I think they are paranoid of new link-shorteners. I thought I had huge traffic but its mostly bots... I do get about 50 real clicks per day on the shortener. Even that is crap really for the amount of posts I do . So far have no intercepted any traffic. So now that you've built up the account, what are you gonna do to monetize it? How can I monetize mine?

My system is 100% automated. I don't have to do anything its been running for 4 years uninterrupted. It's running right now lol. How can I turn this 4+ year investment into some money. My posts are actually useful and I get a lot of interaction from people. a lot of favorites and rewtweets.. Yea, explain why you favorite them..

There is so much BS about all of this. Show the proof! How many real followers in your niche? How many fake? How many in a foreign language? I am calling you out buddy!

@Fever, well you finally realize that your software is not giving you good results. I use Twitter Follow/Liker so I can't really speak too much about other bots. However, if you inspect your results you may be very surprised. For example, my results run something like this: 100 new accounts per day. Of those 50% are actually bots. Of those 50 accounts that are not bots about 20% are in a foreign language. Of the 40 accounts left only 20% are niche related. That leaves you with about 32 accounts. And, I have found that most of those 32 accounts have very few followers. So you run your bot 24/7 and you may be lucky to gain 20 decent followers a day! And, that's if your lucky! If you are ok with that then go ahead and invest your money and time into them.

Fever has 20,000 followers in one account but how good are these followers? How many are English speaking? I am coming to the realization that most of these bots are useless. Also, most of the support sucks. You can expect canned response and getting the runaround. Why? Because so much of this is just smoke and mirrors! Start taking a good look at your results and tell me am wrong. I honestly would love it if I were.

Here is a feature TFL touts. They have a Retweet function. So the bot goes out and blindly retweets all those bots and accounts in foreign languages. So much for trying to build accounts in specific niches!

In Fever's case he claims that he has one account with 20,000 followers. That means he gets 14 followers a day and is running it 24/7. How many of these accounts are fake or in a foreign language? How many are active? I have been running 10 accounts now for 5 months with dismal results. I run it on a VPS. I follow accounts with millions of followers and I follow using keywords also. I will be shutting it all down at the end of this month. It just isn't worth the trouble and hassle dealing with support. Because from my experience there is NO solution!

Fever also has 7,000 followers he has gained over 4 years for SEO. If that is true, he is getting approximately 2 followers a day! Let's hope he is getting real followers in this instance! I think that the guides that are written are so generic they are useless. Why give specific instructions? If you do people will hold you accountable!

One question, do you unfollow and follow using a bot?
