Hello people hopefully smarter than me! I've had this question since I started the IM game a few years ago and have yet to find a reasonable answer. In my various attempts at social media marketing, I have tried to make multiple twitter or gmail accounts on my own rather than purchasing them. I have also read about others trying to do the same. Inevitably, after 2 or 3 accounts we are hit with a phone verification prompt. This happens no matter what attempts I've made to hide my identity. Private IPs, bluestacks, vpn, vps...Hell, Ive even driven across town to different locations/IPs trying to accomplish the creation of more than 3 accounts and I'm recognized every time. I use private browsing, different browsers, changed device ids after unistall/reinstall of bluestacks...somehow I am still identified. So my question...If twitter/google/others can identify the device from which I am creating these accounts, then surely they can identify the device from which I am accessing them to post/follow/etc. If they have this capability, then IPs are irrelevant, and any mass campaign from a single computer or VPS is destined to fail. Does anyone know what identifiable information is passed from my computer and is there any way to spoof or hide this information? thanks!
