Do they pay? Have you used them?
For Twitter followers to be worth anything, they need to be real accounts. To keep real accounts following you (and to avoid Twitter bouncing them after a few days), you need to actually run a Twitter account. That means updating and interacting. There is no real short cut for that, and Twitter is getting more pro-active in shutting down spammers, so if you want to use Twitter you're best to use it properly.

I've used spyguyzz services off of Fiverr and would happily use him again and again but he limits 100k followers. I've had some drop-offs but that's to be expected. He's very prompt and pretty quick to respond to messages.

Why don't you use a bot like Twidium Inviter? It more likely would give you real followers than one-time purchase of followers that can be bounced by Twitter in a few days. Twidium Inviter searches for accounts by keywords and follow them and automatically unfollows them if they don't follow back. Of course you should fill your twitter account with content, so that it should be valuable for real people but not fake followers. And you pay only $45 for 1 year - for thousands of potential _real_ followers, you will spend more for buying fake ones on Fiverr for that year.
Like your OP says learn how to do it yourself...would be silly to make the same mistake wouldn't it?

Hello Sir, it would really be a great loss for you to pay for these stuff and end up not getting anything. However, you should always remember that these followers that you purchase from whoever is selling them are not real, hence you will not really be able to interact with real people. Thus, I suggest to do it in a manual way.
