I have a Twitter account with 29.2k followers and I'm following 750 accounts it's the #1 Kate Upton fan account. I've had the account for about a year now. It's been suspended at least twice for aggressive following when I first made the account. I tried something else instead of following people, I began favoriting tweets related to my account. After favoriting tweets I slowly gained followers. I average a couple 100 rt's and anywhere from 200-700 favorites on my tweets. I want to gain followers faster by following people if that's faster? For example this fitness account I follow is following 35.2k accounts and has 57.4k followers. How should I go about following people? Who should I target? Should I risk being suspended? What are the limits and should I unfollow people who don't follow back? I appreciate it! Thanks,
