Twitter Following/Follower Ratio?

Hi,
Anyone know how many followings is safe to do by day or any timeframe?
Should I be carefull with following/follower ratio so I don't get ban

if your account is aged you should be able to do 100 follows a day and unfollow about 50 a day but make sure to take small breaks in between to give human like activity

depends on your configuration, u have to put a decent amount of time delay between follows. it helps if ur account is phone verified as well
