Can anyone think of a solution to mass follow twitter users only from the United States? Ideally, I would like to follow users who are following larger accounts.

Twidium will let you followers of a specific account based on location, should do the trick.

I have a bot made that follows users and also tweets to users that you're following. If somebody is interested, PM.
