I just created my first adult twitter account last night for my new adult blog last night and I'm up to 25 followers.
I'm not sure where to buy followers, but I bet 500 purchased followers won't be as effective as 50 organic followers. Just get ur twitter going, hook your blog up to it, and start posting relevant content and make sure to use hash tags...people will follow
I've gotten more than 1 follow per hour so far.
Another thing I made sure to do was go thru all twitter's suggestions and follow the other adult twitters, a lot of them will follow back if you follow them...just make sure its shit relevant to your subject. For example my sites boobs so I don't follow hardcore shit, just other boob twitters..seems to be working nicely.
I also am already getting a hit now and then to my website from twitter so this has been a plus.

i do tweet everyday but in few months had only around 30 followers

what are you tweeting? whats the content of the tweet and how are you formatting it?
are you checking (searching on twitter) what shows up for the hash tags ur using to make sure its relevant?
For me I just post and people see it when searching the hash tags.
I really wouldn't recommend buying twitter followers as they aren't really interested in your stuff, whereas if someone sees it and likes your content they will follow and probably check out your website, more than once.
You shouldn't have to automate anything aside from making your blog posts automatically tweet to your twitter account.
