Twitter Followers?

I have seen quite a few threads offering to add followers to twitter - how does this work?!

Surely the people they add will be spam accounts they made rather than users that are interested in that topic??

If someone, some how can add niche followers (UK moneysaving / freebies / students) let me know.

man, just get Humminbird, follow, wait a few days, unfollow and repeat.

don't over do it to avoid getting banned.
