[Twitter Followers] Need 1k to 2k over 3 weeks

I need 1,000 to 2,000 followers for a new account. They should be added gradually, not all at once, over three (3) weeks. The acct they will be added to is brand new, and will only have two or three tweets (announcing an upcoming service), and will not be following anyone else (well maybe one or two other accounts).

Followers should have regular sounding names and avatar. If possible, they should all be from one area in Canada (Toronto, Brampton, Etobicoke, Missassauga, Scarborough, etc).

Can a Twitter "guru" here let me know if the above expectations are too high? Do you think I'll have to settle for followers generated by those auto-follow techniques, etc?

I could really use some guidance here, as I need to get started on this as soon as possible.
