Hmm. Hey guys. Amanda here (or as some of people in here called me on email... "twitter girl")...
I like what you guys are doing here in terms of trying to boost your Twitter accounts to increase the "perception" followers... but...
Hmm. I have to be honest with you guys, Twitter is getting really, REALLY sneaky these days. I started forming Tweet "Clouds" over year and a half ago and since then, even with near bulletproof protection (which of course evolved out of necessity over time), I still have a 20-25% account ban/suspend ratio (of course when you're creating thousands per week, it's not a problem
)... but all that is to say...
There is a difference between your "core" (or if you prefer, "whitehat") Twitter account that you are using to legitimately get communication from "real" customers and get "real" cred, and the scores of grey/blackhat twitter accounts you can use to generate leads for yourself.
I would NOT advise any of you to use your core account in forming a reciprocal relationship of following between all of you. Little known fact... Twitter WILL ban you for this if it is deemed as too aggressive.
The ban email they send out will say:
"Account Suspended for aggressive following/unusual behavior."
I received this sort of email (more than a few times) when I tried the same scheme of reciprocal following from many different accounts all coming from many different disparate IPs from different non-contiguous blocks).
I would not suggest you try this sort of "mesh" following, or if you do, make sure you just do 50 or so.
If you really want to conquer, then you NEED Lively's Twitter Friend Adder Pro 3.01. Whatever the price is now... believe me, it is WORTH IT.
This program can do things that NO other Twitter program can do and Lively's support is second to none.
And even if you want to persist in doing this risky reciprocal following/mesh business,... all you have to do is get all followers who want to be part of it, to follow ONE account, then set your twitter account to auto follow (if you don't know how, just ask me, I will help ya out).
Then, anyone with Lively's product can simple use the Adder Module to follow the twitter(dot)com/{account with all auto followers}/followers?page=1
chain, and bam. Let it run. Done. All done on autopilot.

This seems like a good idea, not to follow each other but to follow each others' followers. (Does that make sense?) In other words, I have Toy_Yoda so put that into something like Phoenix Twitter Desktop and it will follow all who are following me. (Only 78 at the moment, I'm having a lot of ban problems.) Better yet, go to twitterholic and find the users who have hundreds of thousands of followers, like Oprah or Lady GaGa, and use them.
Needless to say, don't go apeshit or you'll get banned with the quickness.
