I got everything ready to start growing some twitter accounts. I want to know whats is the number schedule of following and unfollowing and blank day so the accounts doesnt get banned.

Nos is the bad situation so only follow less than 50 poople every day.

That's not true at all. Depends on the age of account, activity and quality of the other accounts. Finding a human-like balance in the key here. Try only scheduling tasks at appropriate hours of the day.
