Suppose I want to scrape users who posted a tweet with the following words "via @youtube" in their tweet.

What settings should I use in follow/liker?
I've tried a lot of things, but all I seem to scrape is people who posted a tweet like hours or days ago.
But every second there's a new tweet with "via @youtube" in it, and I want to scrape those users.
