You will have to get a bot which can create those many accounts and then use these to follow the given profile..But you will need a lot of proxies..
Otherwise try social exchange sites..gather points and use these to get the followers. You will need a bot to create accounts and collect points.

What does it do actaully? Hack the neurons of human brains and force them to follow you. How does it manage to know succesful hacking of 1k human brain per play.
Which language are you using to do this? Hopefully not ubot as seth did not provide this functionality.
