Twitter feed posting

Hey guys,

What service can you recommend. I need to send tweets out on a very regular basis and want it to be auto piloted. I only need to send out the tweets on my account thats it nothing fancy further more but need to schedule it like x10 this hour x10 then x 10 then ...

Anyone? Also what is the max to not spam on twitter with 1 aged account ?
