I see teenagers getting like 85 favorites on a selfie of them and they have about 300-400 followers. I don't get it. Are there sites for interacting with favorites? I know there is favstar but i dont get it

there are social exchange sites such as addmefast and youlikehits for twitter favourites.

yeah either they are naturally getting those favorites or some sort of like bot/system

They are probably just getting these favorites cause they are hot or have swag.
