Twitter FAST Reply Service

Hey all,
I'm looking for someone to code me a bot (or just sell me one they have) that sends a pre-programed reply tweet within miliseconds of a tweet being posted. For example @JustinBieber tweets something and my account will instantly reply "Like this if you love Justin" or whatever. I want to be the first reply as much as possible. I see other accounts that have done it so I know it can be done. PM please. Only serious replies and I would love to spend $50-75 if possible. Thanks.

yes i have seen such tweets done by the bots on almost every celebrity's twitter acc
