I have a question about twitter, some people say that it takes 1month to get money from twitter is this true? also facebook, how long does it takes for both to show up on search on google? I have for the last 3 week posting links on both twitter and facebook and I see when I search on google the old postings I did on twitter and facebook, but when does the new ones show?
Because to my knowing all profiles that get friends and followers are backlinks, or am i wrong.

A month to get money? I guess it depends on what you're doing. I saw a small amount of money when I started to mass add friends, they visited my website and clicked my ads due to a very clever placement of the ads and I made 6$ in 2 days off a new site doing about 10 min worth of twitter work (friend adding).

google search does not display the keywords from twitter directly. someone must write the word "twitter" and in adding your keywords. so that these keywords appear in google search.

There are many ways to use Twitter effectively. you can see on this forum that provides many useful tips.
use twitter with many (100 or 200) account, to create trends in twitter, create a blog post about these trends, provide a link in your Tweet. to your blog, or when other people are curious about the keyword (trends) that you created in the tweeters, they'll look on google, and he would find your blog (use seo too).
if you do not have a lot of twitter account, use a twitter account with a lot of follower. and Tweet as much as you can.
