Twitter exploit - scraping unlimited usernames + their login e-mail

We think this could be interesting for some people, especially because we can either way sell unlimited HQ mail-leads+usernames or could also accept custom user lists from people and scrape the login mails for them.

i was thinking of the emails you scrape, do an ad capaign and just target to those emails that you scrape not sure if is possible.
