twitter error fix

i get this when i log in an cannot view my twitter account. anybody have an idea how i can fix this?

More than likely it's just the Twitter servers acting up, are too busy, try later.

Their servers were down 6 hours ago and maybe it is still not fixed everywhere: http://downdetector.com/status/twitter.

been this way for over a month, i cant seem to do anything on desktop but when i log in to mobile app i still get an error message that tweets cant load i should try later, its so frustrating, filled the twitter help form for this issue a couple of times and i havent been contacted via email and its still not been fixed.

I see. Have you tried deleting cache, changing ip? It can be that for some reason they blacklisted your ip and it's a time out-like issue.

i have used different ip addresses and its same issue, even changed username and all.

It's the same error page, when Twitter is down, so i thought, that's the issue. Digging a bit deeper, people seem to have this issue left and right not just when Twitter is down: https://mobile.twitter.com/twittersupport/status/11723198922?lang=en, sometimes it goes away on its own, sometimes it stays for a longer period or it's on and off. There doesn't seem to be a general fix, although someone said, that if you try a different page than the homepage, there's no error there. Or have you tried different browsers? Another user said, the issue comes up on Chrome only, other browsers are fine. Or have you tried incognito in Chrome?

As a workaround, you can try using Tweetdeck to access the account until the issue persists.

The twittercommunity support site can sometimes be useful, you do get people connected with twitter posting there. Can be slow to get a response, but usually will get something (whether will be helpful or not is another matter though)
