would mostly just be for vanity metrics for the most part unless you are in the same niche but still not a bad idea

These kind of groups are actually not allowed to be formed on BHW. I think the user was just asking about them.

There are and in large quantities, the models with onlyfans mainly use daily but it is always advisable not to enter gigantic groups because the job of monitoring who is following the honesty in the exchange is a terrible waste of time
